CALLING  ALL GRADES FOR PICTURES FOR THE YEARBOOK.  PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND GRADE ON THEM.  THEY ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 1ST.

 MONTHLY PIZZA FORM

Pizza lunch will now be on each Friday of every month.  If you wish your child/children to have pizza, please print and complete the form for each child/children.  Each child/children must have their own slip in order to receive pizza lunch.  Make a check payable to Christ the King School for the amount of pizza ordered for the month for the family. (We are no longer accepting cash.)  The forms for the month of March must be returned by Monday, March 8th and there will be no exceptions since we are to order in advance. Please do not include the garlic knots in with the pizza lunch since this is separate from the pizza.  Thank you.

WE WILL HAVE GARLIC KNOTS STARTING IN JANUARY THEY WILL BE 25 CENTS EACH. 

Please give your child money if you want them to purchase garlic knots. This is separate from the lunch.

REMEMBER THIS IS FOR THE WHOLE MONTH.

DELI LUNCH

 Please print out and complete the form for each child/children who wish to have Deli lunch.  Each child/children must have their own form in order to receive their lunch.  If there are 4 weeks in the month then you need to print out 4 pages of the form for the month if you wish to have the lunch every week for your child/children.  Each child must have their own form.  Make a check payable to Christ the King School for the amount of the lunches ordered per family for the month.  Circle the lunch you want for each day.  Orders must be in by February 24th for the month of March and there will be no exceptions since we are to order in advance.  Please make sure to print clearly.  Thank you.
